Okay well here is what I usually eat
Breakfast -yogurt w/granola and sometimes a fruit
Snack- usually grapes or carrots some type of fruit or vegetable
Lunch- salad with either chicken or tuna
Snack- usually a protein shake about the time I go to the gym

Thank you for helping. And I am kinda just guiding my diet by myself. I am doing high protein low carbs. Not really counting calories and anything. I will for sure look into that !
