TD - couple of days from ordering. Speedy as always. Took one of kids out to get a wide product shot with the Tasman Bridge but sadly there was some unsavoury sorts about so we settled for a quick shot from the roof of the car. Props to Mr 11 for holding the light for dad’s “supplement” photo.

Awesome additions. I had a photoshoot recently and was going to add some diuretics, it was actually really difficult to get my hands on anything. Just make sure if anyone is going that route of water management to get some help from someone in the know with proper protocol guidance (not ChatGPT).

100% Aim for a decent quality fish oil with a good EHP / DEA profile. A generic fish oil tab likely has around 300mg, so if aiming for 3/4g of EHP / DEA a day that's 10+ tabs. Something more potent you can get away with 4-5 tabs a day. I take some in both my AM and PM supplement stack.

Your best bet for heart health that have good data backing; A good Fish Oil with concentrated EPA / DHA - 2-4g a day - don't skimp on these. CoQ10 - 300mg a day. Magnesium Glycinate 300-500mg a day. Citrus Bergamot 1000mg You could also look at adding telmisartan starting at 20mg a day.
