An update concerning my first cycle.
I don't have enough time anymore to start a full 12 month cycle and I think I don't have yet the desired bf level to fully utilize a cycle with test, so I go with a short 6-8 weeks SARMS cycle as recommended on this forum before I go on leave.
Will start...

All great advices, yet if you can't feel and don't contract your muscle you don't work it.
Learn to contract and feel while deadlifts for example.
Use a weight like 60% and while moving up shuffle your feet as hard as you can in the ground. Don't rest on the top (if you are not a power lifter)...
Thanks so much. I am trying to incorporate all you guys have recommend and try to use my own brain of course -:).
Let me check what I get here in Singapore. If not, I can get the stuff online in Miami in March and can order online most off it.
I am not crazy, and don't need to do a cycle, yet...
You are standing on your caves all day, so you cant hit calves with high weights and just once a week.
Secondly calves like abs need lot off time under tension.Calves are slow twitch fibre and again they need time under tension.
Try
10 reps and 10 sec rest
20 reps and 20 sec rest
followed 30...
Not bad, just have mind HIIT is doing right very hard on your system, don't do more then 4 times a 20 min.
You can make HIIT easier in your gym. I follow Dr. Watson (performance lab Tampa) wind gate protocol.
5 min on spinning bike
10-15 sets of max 30 sec all out sprints.
Start in low gear...
A. 3/4 deficit deadlifts Tempo 30x0 5x8
Rest 90sec
B. wide grip pull ups. Tempo 30x0
6x6
Rest 30 sec
C. Bent over overhand barbell. Tempo 3010
4x12
Rest 60 sec
D. Overhand seated row. Tempo 10/oxo
Rest 45sec
E. 1 arm DB row Tempo 3010
1x8-8-8-98
No rest and alternate between arms...
Don't do cardio, very little effect.
I was the same 1,5y ago, just 45 years young -:).
Weight training and HIIT does the trick...for me generally cardio is a waist of time and you spent to much time spinning wheels.
