    i drink water throughout the day. i have gained 7 pounds so far and the more i have been eating it seems that i become hungry more and more often. is it supposed to be like that? my brother suggested eating alot of turkey sandwhiches and tuna for protien along with other meats.

    thx man. i have heard that taking over 5 grams would just be a waste cuase the muscles can only absorb so much...something like that lol. you say a couple of months with 10 grams to start out with but i have heard just about 2 to 3 weeks with 10 grams....any opions?
