I case anyone also wondered my current strength stats are:
Bench: 150kg
Deadlift: 200kg
Those are the only two I test strength on, I focus mainly on hypertrophy training so strength isn't a real biggi for me personally.

Stats:
Age: 16
Weight: 190lb
Bf: 14%
Height: 5 10 ish
Weight lift 4-5 times weekly. A mix up of strength and Hypertrophy. Trying to get my arms to 17inchs atm (16 as of now) and have set a good bulking diet/supplementation/training protocol to fit my needs.
This diet will be started in a few weeks, im 16 so nothing will be crazy. This is how it looks:
Diet: Portion Size meals
-1 cheat meal a week
Meal one:
5 whole eggs
1/2 cup of oats (uncooked)
