    I have an electric current resistance scale. It tells me a GENERAL ballpark of where I am, but it's not terribly accurate. My bodyfat readings will fluctuate about 6 points. Not sure how to get the best readings from it. Anybody have any thoughts?

    Thank you all for your feedback. I think most of you are right about the issue being nutrition. I'm definitely not overtraining (I'm only working each bodypart once a week and feel myself recovering very quickly). My calories have just been too low for my size (3300-3400 for a 6'2" 210 lbs...
