When I lived in Ohio I would walk around in shorts, a tshirt, flip flops in high 20's low 30's...but living in savannah the past 10 yrs...got that ol thin skin syndrome....

Fact: started in Orlando this morning .....by time i left it was in the 60's...drove 240 miles north to savannah....it dropped over 20 degrees...talk about SUCKING when it was time to refuel the ol truck......and when i got home i realized I was out of FIREWOOD>>>>>>>>>>>>

Ambien....took it 3 different times and only sleep 4 hrs each time i've done it....is this just my bodies way of regulating it? anyone else actually get 8hrs of solid sleep on Ambien?

Job well done....I forwarded a few onto my sister....she is depressed after having 3 kids and having a hard time losing weight.....told her to hang in there and keep up the good work herself.
