liver support bad AST #’s
my AST numbers came in at 75 which is way above where they should be. I’m worried now and I need advice on which supplements I can run I’m 4 weeks out from my cycle so I thought I’d be better by now what are the best liver supplements that you would recommend for me?- Johnois
