hell no, me either. My wife works out 4 days a week. She has a great diet and cardio regime and is totally shreded - no need for aas. I know a lot of fitness models that have done aas and some that have not. The ones that did got bigger but also...
no way in hell would I let my wife sauce - girls on sauce = gross. I realize that some roids are okay for woman but I wouldn't chance it. If your wife/gf has a good fitness/diet regiment then usually thats all they need. Personally, I love the nice toned athletic woman not the china/nichol bass...

Its a hard work out but fun as shiot. Lots of sparring, bag work, and focus mitt stuff. Not a boaring art to train in at all - pretty hard core though.
I never heard of the style you mentioned. However, what are your goals? are you looking to compete or just a hobbiest? Boxing and kickboxing are great workouts - especially cardio. What type of karate do you have around you(some forms are better than others)? Where in canada r you from?
i thought it was good. Training to be a fighter is rough - always injured yet can't miss a day of training.

how old are you? if your still in highschool join the wrestling team - 4 years of wrestling will do wonders for your clinch, takedowns, and ground and pound. Then combine that with boxing and you have a pretty good foundation. Now I would suggest you also look into bjj/jj for submissions. Now...

As far as self defense is concerend filipino arts are best imo. You learn blade and stick right off the bat - which aready gives you an advantage in a self defense situation. Not to mention the open hand stuff is pretty brutal and can be applied regardless of strength or size...
