Anybody have any words of advice for getting my wife motivated to get back in the gym after having our kid. It’s been 6 months and she’s not motivated at all! She used to workout like an animal now not at all! What should I do !?

I upped the dosage to 75mg a day and feel like complete shit!!!
I'm very tired, nauseous and just feel like shit. Anyone have a remedy that I don't know about? Otherwise I'll just feel like shit for another 2.5 weeks.
