16 is way too young, your body still has 5+ years to grow. Inbetween 16 and 20 I grew 3 more inches vertically. A lot of things grew, things I wouldn't want to shrink because of steriods. And steroids can stunt your growth, so steroids as a teenager, are not the most intelligent thing I've heard of.
