I would have to take my protein shake then remember to take creatine, glutamine and bcaa. After a week of doing the following it became more annoying than anything.
So I found jetmass and it just makes everything so much easier. 2 scoops and it has everything you need besides protein...

I always heard mixed reviews on Muscle Pharm it's self. Have anyone tried assault or even better tried the assault sport? If possible can i get some feedback on assault sport.
I tend to stick with animal stak. My libido sky rockets, it's inexpensive, and I look noticeably fuller when I'm on it. I cant recall how my sleep was since i always sleep like a baby but it does have a GH support complex.
