Well I just deloaded my weights since im running a 5x5 (actually a 5x3) AND I just got off cycle so my strength went down a little bit, but I hit 405x2 on squat and 245x2 on hang clean a month ago. I hit 385x2 a week ago on squat, and my cleans are probably around 225x3.
