Yeah brother exactly that. When we reviewed the traininging footage it was just low accuracy reps chasing progression for the logbook. Feeling much more connected now we have increased the time under tension and accuracy on exercises a lot.

Boys, I've been busy with training at the moment. Dialled back a fair few movements and am focusing on execution and form. Lots still going to mechanical failure, but getting there with much better time under tension. Full update coming thursday 👊
