Ok guys I'm not a bodybuilder but a strength trainer or a powerbuilder if such a term exists. I'm not interested at all in bodyweight gains etc.

Besides what i hear of tren base being a favorite PW among some people any of you guys seen or experienced any compositional changes using tren base say 3-4 times a week preworkout?
I wanted to know how much sleep you guys aim for while on cycle or in general. I try to sleep more than 6 hours but find it almost impossible to to get past that mark. I know 8 is ideal but what can I do to reach that mark ??
I was curious to what brands of coffee are the ones you guys try to use? I am sure there are some that are better than others and wanted some opinions on it.
