any1 use soya milk instead of normal milk. from what i have heard it apparantly bloats less than normal milk and i have noticed it has about half the amount of carbs in something im looking at incorporating in my diet once i finish dieting as im trying to get away from using normal milk...
Do most people heat their oil under water before pinning? Maybe it just seems like it to me but I swear it takes half as much pressure. It just flows right in when compared to cooler/room temp.
