    Ok fellas Im 245 pounds right now, was 260 at beginning of cardio. I am 6' and am starting a test/fina cycle in june, how soon depends on how fast I get my bf down. I am I think at like 22-23% now and my goal is 15-18% before I start. I am losing weight slowly but surely and its coming off...
