Hello all. I am a 54 year bloke weight 12st 8lb and 5"7' in height. I train 5 days a week hard, I have been using RS for 5 weeks along with Dianabol and 347. Am I wasting my time and how should I PCT this lot...many thanks for reading this. Gary
