    Unleashed/post combo from mr supp Hcg es, hcg ,dspark from n2bm. I think dspark is redueing there formula so might not be avaible. My pct will be 4 weeks or till bottles are gone. Hopefully dylan will see this thread he's the sarms master. He will be able to tell you more.

    Rep tempo no one does it..

    At the end benching, squats, and overhead press ill do a light set of 3 sec negatives. I go to failure with these.

    Yea works the same muscle a little different variation of hitting the back. I like barbell rows better though.

    Questions about a Natty Cutting Stack

    I was about the same weight as you when I started my cut. I wasn't as strong though. I was able to lose 60 lbs and get to 16% bf. I increased strength a by 20 lbs in 1 year. It was slow process but worth it not losing any strength on a crash course diet. Down to 210 trying to lose 20 more lbs.
