Ive been havin a hard time gaining mass in my upper chest right under my collar bone. Besides incline flies and presses, is there anything that targets that area in real detail?
I pound about 2-3 cups per day.......but do these tear anyone else's stomach up besides mine? Seems like as soon as I have a shake I am in the bathroom. And then my stomach continues to ache for sometime after before eventually subsiding.
I don't know if regular oats would do the same thing...
