Took them for 5 weeks at 30mg/day. Lost 9lbs(from 181) but did increase my training(judo/boxing) from 2x/week to 5-6x/week. Did have some joint pain but that might have been due to the increase in training so not sure about that. No sides at all that I can say. No pct either. 42 yrs old.

when on anavar I only took a multi. When off I went back to norm with added fish oil and vit d. Not alot.
