I just started HGH 3 days ago... 4IU per day (2iu x2). I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to if I should add to this anything additional. I plan to go at least six months on the HGH... and based on recommendations may add to it... looking to really cut down fat and gain lean...

No.. this is first time ever taking anything.... I don't think I'll really go up to 8IU, more I've been reading 4IU seems to be a good level over a period of 6 months or so... I'm not expecting a miracle from this, but hopefully to just cut down body fat and increase lean muscle mass

Okay, so what I'll do is run it at 4IU (2x daily) for a few weeks, see how it goes... if nothing, then up it up 1IU a week... It's 100% real... serial numbers check out on genesci site and I trust the source.

Yeah, I've never done this before... I actually just ordered some insulin syringes so I'll use those. I'm wondering, is using 1ml of water enough for 10iu? Is there any reason to dilute it more?
