Do your poundages in deadlift, benchpress and squat combine to equal 1000 lbs? for me: deadlift = 300, benchpress = 250, squat = 300 (these are one rep max), so i am shy by about 150 lbs. Anybody at 1500? G.S.

alright, i just did a search on winny and i was only allowed to view 5 of a supposed 20,000 posts (one of these five was my own post!). so, if anyone could help me out with a few comments it would be great. i am 5`10".....about 230lbs....body fat is around 20% (give or take)....and i have been...
