I was wondering if it’s normal to be sweating a lot? I sweat such a crazy amount when I train and I see others who don’t come close to my sweat amount. Is it normal ?
My mates at school make hella fun of me for having skinny legs. Ive been trying for 2 years now and I really cant seem to put any size on them. Any recommendations on how I can change this ? I am 17 years old.
I've been on trt for 2 yrs. Just recently upped the ante. I'm up to 400mg test c and 400 deca per week. Just dropped the deca as I'll have to go for labs soon. I don't seem to hold enough water toKhan keep a pump very long. Also have exemestane ed. Any one have any ideas? Or is this to be expected?
I wanted to know how long one must wait until they can restart a cycle. I finished a 12 week cycle of Test and its been 2 weeks off from my pct. I just wanted to know when it was good to go again?
As im still doing research and asking a billion questions ,..can i go straight to a cutting cycle for my first ever cycle and whats the best test to get for cutting ...i weigh 230 and im 6'2 been working out for about ten years ...my eating is mostly clean ...
Has anybody else seen this before? I have thought it would be quite a good method of training if you could hold your breath and push weight at the bottom of the pool. Resistance and cardiovascular at the same time!
