The only way I can do it is I don't keep unhealthy foods around either . And if I get the urge for something I'll either eat one bite or one drink of something and throw it away immediately.

Man I ate 4 dozen eggs a week for 6 months and lost 30 lbs . Eggs are one of the most nutritious foods you can eat and a great source of protein.
Instead of bullshit snacks I would eat a few eggs , gained muscle and lost fat at the same time.

Brother I haven't slept more than 2-3 hrs at a time since February when I did my first cycle . It was 16 week cycle of test e at 600 week and anavar and Winstrol but even after cycle as Ive been on cruise since at 150- 175 mgs a week of test blend from exo- gen and I still only can sleep 2-3 hrs...
Have to agree with everyone on the over training arms . I see ked my elbow and both wrists because of it and in a very short time . Be careful and good luck brother.

For myself I start with 12-15 reps and add 10 lbs everytime untill I end up at failure , that being the 4-5 rep range . Sometimes it's 5 sets other times it's 8 sets depending on the exercise I'm doing .

Start by fast walking on treadmill or outside . Just do like 15-20 mins a day then the next week do like 20-30 and so on and before you know it you can run a mile then two etc.
