Incline 135/8, 145/8x2
Decline 225/8 x 3
Db curls 45/8, 50/8, 55/6
Straight bar 85/8 x 3
Machine curl 90/8 x 3
Machine pulldowns 145/8 x 3
Seated rows 110/8...
