Good deal, ya I'm eating clean, but not so strict, cheat meals twice a week. Gettin reday for my spring cut and cycle!!! mmuuahhahaha!

I wasn't too strict on diet this winter...and training heavy trying to gain some weight. Taking off until 3/1 and then going back to strict diet and high reps/lots of cardio training for summer....my bread and butter

hey ez_e where've you been? Not a good year for Rangers or Canadiens. Habs played an amazing game last night and although in 6th place now the teams behind them have games in hand. 6th-10th spot is a toss up. Even if they do make it they won't get passed the first round. Still lots of good hockey going on.
