    My chest work out includes, incline dumble press 4 X 10-15 reps, decline press with bars, 3 sets with 10-15 reps and then I club the chest work out with shoulder and triceps workouts. Am I missing out some thing by not doing pushups, are they really important?

    I guess you should take up yoga, it not only strengthen every part of your body but also makes the body flexible and brings about a beautiful union of mind and body. I would highly recommend Suryanamaskara.

    I guess when you are doing strength training or weight training, every time you increase the weight, you are actually building up the resistance to overcome. So I guess there is no difference.

    This is awesome and amazing! This reminds me of the Indian ex Mr.Universe, Manohar Aich, who is 100 years old now, practiced body buidling well into his 90s. He still works out regularly I believe.

    This is a very generic question, I think the easiest answer would be to work out regularly, eat right, drink plenty of water and get enough sleep. But easier said than done.

    Working as a PT on a cruise ship, seems like a fun shop, partying every night after work. Though I am sure it must be loads of hard work also but the fun of meeting so many different people from across the world more than makes up for it.
