maybe you just had a strong day or got your bench setup and technique bang on that day, or it could be stress or sleep or a number of things. Just keep plugging away, change the reps or sets if you have stalled or deload and start with sub max work and build back up. How many reps per set are u doing? What assistance exercises for chest shoulders back and tri's do u do?
