    185 is 30lbs away... if you managed to progress 5lbs per week that would be 6 weeks away... Maybe you should set yourself a goal to hit it in two months once your back to working out properly again...?
    Just don't go near failure and you should be ok with no spotter, or just get a random person to spot you and if u got pinned they would lift it off

    besides if u were alone and got stuck I'm sure there are plenty of guys there who would love to come and save you and be your hero lol :p

    Nope I'll hit a pr of 192 next session, iv upped the reps a little

    maybe you just had a strong day or got your bench setup and technique bang on that day, or it could be stress or sleep or a number of things. Just keep plugging away, change the reps or sets if you have stalled or deload and start with sub max work and build back up. How many reps per set are u doing? What assistance exercises for chest shoulders back and tri's do u do?
