Trained for 20 plus years, have trained constantly for the last 18 months, 6 day cycles.
I work as a security contractor in The middle east, so I only get 4 weeks off every 13 weeks. I have a fair amount of solid muscle with good definition. I would like to see what a cycle of test would do for my training.
I will only be able to run a 4 week cycle initially, I admit I know little of this hence why I am asking you. What dosage would you recommend for 4 weeks?
