is it still safe for me to workout at the gym lightly or is it not a good idea at all?
I am happy to eat once a day going through a mini fast even with a workout in between. My wife thinks im crazy im not eating 3 times a day at least. I feel good and fuck good so it isnt an issue right ?
I want to know which foods that you wouldnt expect are terrible for you. I know all junk and processed, sugar etc. is terrible. But what about the good stuff that really isnt good for us.?
