smoke Use the patch religiously. I quit after pack a day for 5 years. I tried many times to quit, the patch worked. I didn't use the step down as fast as they said though. I used the biggest one for 2 months, then the next for 2 and the next for one. and haven't smoked in 3 years. deakanutz

Dude, I a cc of tren in each delt, 1.5 25 guage, by the time I aspirated and pushed the oil in, it was probably 1.25 in the delt. Painless until a few hours later my delts were full feeling and couldn't lift my arm to high. Now 2 days later I have a massive black and blue on each arm from the...
