Are these photos from a show? Then if so he looks awful. His chest is small(in analogy to his other body parts), his legs seems to contain excess BF and his general image is not that good. If these pics where from a bulking cycle or whatever then...
I'll just add my 2 cents to what all the other guys in here said:
1) Super sets are a good way to build some bulk on your arms.
2) Try different combinations of exercises, number of sets, reps and remember to alter your arm training every 2 or 3 weeks

I do them at every back workout! For me deep squats and deadlifts are A+++ exercises! I started at 60 kigs (125 pounds around) 2 years ago and now I am at 180 kgs(380 pounds) for 3 reps ...
If someone is natural (like me) I believe this is one of the best ways to develop their back somewhat...
