    I think 20 sets per week is redundant. If you stimulate it right, you don't need too many to produce growth. Weighted chin-ups are AMAZING for the biceps, but get the right technique, it's an exercise where you get hurt real easy (wrists, shoulders, back...)

    Starch vs. wheat

    Bad thing about wheat is, it contains gluten. Which makes for bloating and puffier nipples... and potentially intestinal problems (even if you are not celiac). I'd strongly suggest TRY a gluten-free diet (most cereals out, including wheat obviously) for a few weeks, see how you feel.

    A lot of sliced, processed meat smells like that right when you open it. I think it's because it contains the same substances that come out of not properly digested protein (cause of gas).
