I agree that overweight people should not be a personal trainer. Someone hires a personal trainer because they are having trouble reaching their target goal. A personal trainer should be well educated and of course fit, you can see the results of hard work and dedication right before your eyes.

Chin ups and dips work a different muscle group.....start with half chin ups not going all the way down...keep your movement continous , up and down. don't do this every day...2 - 3 times a week max.
