Thanks for giving a reason. I'll see how the Sustanon goes and if there are any side effects I'll give Cypionate a go. Only pinned Sus 250 0.5ml once so early days.
How often did you have to pin cypionate?

Yep. I certainly don't want to pin eod. Will I still have the same effects/feeling if I pin every 5 days or every 10 days?

Hi all.
After feeling like crap over the past 8 to 10 months I went and had a blood test in July.
Some out of range figures such as cholesterol being high (7.2 mmol/L) and SHBG being high (68nmol/L)
I started taking Boron to treat the high SHBG reduce my SHBG and also brought my cholesterol...
Or you can try replacing the water in your protein shake with black coffee. I mix a black coffee in with a scoop of protein powder then add it to my oats. Tastes [emoji108][emoji7]

Muscle is metabolic which means you will burn more calories if you have more muscle so you should do both. Being a single mum would keep you busy so cardio will burn more calories in the time you have which sounds to be limited.
Why don't you split the days you train between weights and...
True about higher estrogen in fat people. Why not choose the option of losing weight which will reduce estrogen levels and increase test levels and provide an overall healthy body.
