I'm new to taking creatine and somebody told me to take it with warm water because it absorbs faster or better (I think). But I think this hot tea idea sounds a lot better tasting than warm water.
I just got some creatine last week and will take it for the first time. I'm going to use 5mg per day and use it all after my workouts (I'll take it in morning on non workout days). Anybody else have any tips that help you get good gains on creatine?
Yeah, I have good coaches and I suppose there are more resources/training methods for me to use before taking steroids. Maybe I'm also a little guilty of the "magic pill" thought and was just wondering if certain steroids would cause a better than natural vertical increase.
Thanks, will do! I already looked into the weighted vests earlier today and should order one. Probably get the smaller (cheaper) one and see how that goes.
Thanks guys! I've used the strength shoes before, but haven't tried playing with a weighted vest before. I suppose I should give the vest a try this offseason before taking steroids. Especially if you guys don't really think there's much to be gained from steroids for jumping. I've been thinking...
