    Hi! You don’t need more than 5-10 creatine per day. If you take glutamine as well, I would recommend about 200 to 300 mg per kg of body weight.

    I dose my Albuterol 4mg first thing in morning 4mg around lunch and 4mg in afternoon, then if cardio/workingout that evening will dose again late afternoon and by 10pm im ready for bed. I usually run 3-4 weeks and take a break, I use ketotifen to freshen receptors but thats not a must. From...
