    Chocolate milk

    I have read that drinking Chocolate milk post workout is actually really good for you. 3:1 ratio of protein and carbs. Apparently hydrates you better than water aswell. What do you guys think ? I have read a couple studies that prove it. hmmm?

    Does anyone use the Wii fit console? I recently got one and started playing around with it and I quite like it. Anyone else have good results from it? I am in my 40's so I thought it would be better than just sitting in front of a tv all night.
