You don't get abs like mine with cardio, unless you are already have a nice 6 pack, then you can use it to get past a sticking point. But if you are in the double digits and already doing cardio, you have a long road ahead :)

You should not be going for personal bests on any lifts while cutting. If you are losing strength in your daily routine, You are losing muscle because your diet is screwed up. Fix the diet. :)

There is this really cool drug called DIET, any anabolic can be used for cutting, just pick one or two, let the DIET do the work. :)

You are confused. In comparison to injectable testosterone the average male production of someone in there 20's is around 10mg a day :)
