I know you should take protein even on non-workout days for recovery. But if thats the case and if my muscles aren't sore (meaning they weren't damaged?), whats the protein for then? I'm thinking like the protein can't recover muscles that weren't damaged...right?
How do players get to such size without being caught when tested? College players too. I know hgh isn't tested for but hgh surely won't get you to 260lbs lean itself. Even test prop stays in your system detectable for a couple months. Drug tests are random too.
Which shoes do you ladies prefer while working out and lifting? I prefer chuck Taylors especially when I deadlift. What are some of the your go to shoes for work outs?
I read recently that collagen is just an expensive protein powder and it doesnt have the effects it claims to really have, what do ladies think about that?
I wanted to ask if anyone has experience with liquid test and or test cream. Which would be more effective ? I would prefer to take my test orally if possible and I don’t mind using cream either but I think orally would be more effective. Any experience with this fellas?
