i am a mma fighter and I am looking to run a cycle for the first time
I am 22 5'8" 150lbs and slim body type. I compete at 145 so I am lloking for something that will increase strength but not pack on the pounds. I also do a lot of cardio but do train heavy. What should I run for a first cycle?
I am a newbie and I know I need to learn a whole lot more until I do a cycle but am curious if someone could help me with advice on what I should take for a cycle when I decide to?

I feel that frappling is very difficult for big guys because of flexibility and the limits on movement. I am small figured and out grapple big bodybuilders but they always use brute force other than techniqe. I reccomend for a big guy to stick with boxing some basics in wrestling to get...
i use creatine 10mg a day once with breakfast and one after workout. I Do MMA, Mostly Muay Thai and BJJ. I notice a difference with explosive strength and holding power when I am cranking that rear naked or that ankle. Also stamina wise it has done wonders for me.
Hey Im a newbie but reading an article in a magazine that talks about a product called Kynoselen, it goes on to say that is has no side affects and does amazing things and even better it IS NOT a illegal anabolic.. Is this true?
