please help me

i am a complete amateur who took steroids without doing the research. i took deca and testerone 1ml each and injected every 3 days for nearly 2 months. then i stopped it. but i didnt stop it gradually, i just stopped it. and since then i have lots of problems. its been a month. it started with cold sore some fever and tiredness. and now sometimes night sweat. i still feel weak and there is weight loss too. right now i m trying to boost my immune system by loading a lot of vitamins. but is it normal to have such side effects
