Cut back on red meat and change over to chicken/turkey. 4000 fish oil per day. Pay attention to what fats you getting also when you eat. Lastly, you might consider a low dose statin. Lots of research on them and probably one of the safer drugs.
Start with 1 and give it a while, you can always bump it up. Doing that myself...from what Ive been reading lately, us old guys respond even to low doses.
Sounds like you have gingivitis starting. Start with a soft toothbrush, you dont need one of the damn bristle broom ones. Use a good toothpaste...Paradontax is made for gum issues like that and isnt too expensive. You can swish LOW concentration peroxide a few times a week and that'll help...
My fiance is Indian and it took me several years to adjust to her cooking...that stuff is hot! She used to look at me like I was nuts when I complained. Im guessing Paki cooking is the same. It tastes good but damn, it can be rough on the exit the next day!

..and the pieces are a lot smaller than they used to be. Started pushing hard again the past year (as hard as you can at 61). Trying to recoup some of what was lost...never slow down on purpose fellas, time will do it for ya!
