just finished reading the "satch is a scammer" thread gotta say im fucking disapointed :worried: he never scammed me - quite the opposite, in fact he was always quick, discreet and even threw in extras sometimes! i tried contacting him about 4 or 5 weeks ago and didnt get any reply whatsoever...

essentially it comes down to BF% and more importantly genetics. Even when my BF is right down im nowhere near as vascular as my frined who has a fat belly and barely any muscle - he's got that typical body builder bicep vein, and i dont have any at all!! very frustratin cos i know i would look...

Y'know the guy... the one that watches you work out in the reflection and when you catch him looking at you he quickly pretends he's not. The guy that follows you around puffing his chest out and although he is clearly smaller than you tries to lift exactly what you have lifted. Or even worse...

indeed bro - which is why i posted the pic, so people can get an idea of their real size. Not taking anything away from him at all, he's in awesome shape, but he's probably about 210lbs and 5'9 instead of 235 and 5'11.

Cheers for the replys people! i read this place a lot but i dont often post - simply cos im not a bodybuilder, (i just work out 3 or 4 times a week) and my advice of 'eat big, lift big' really is quite basic compared to the info i read on here! ;) The Thor comment made me laugh! another pic...
