I have it on my triceps too. The hair on my head is normal, thick as hell.

Does anyone get excessive hair on their back,shoulders,traps and a little on the lats. Even my inner bicep has a few hairs. this normal?

I think you would be alright if you wiped it very well with alcohol, but I may be wrong.
