Depending on the customs in your country, I'm from Denmark and I ain't ordering from the US anymore, I've tried waiting 3 moths on a packed, duo postal mistakes, customs (wanting to test what was in the packing) and other shit and then I have to pay taxes to.. I shop from the UK supplier...

I'm having trouble sleeping when the weather gets hot, so decided to try the Need2Sleep, picked some at the UK supplier, tried it for the first time last night, damn best sleep in a long time, really great! it's a keeper for them really hot days imo..

Sore/pump is not meaning at you grow (and if you don't get it, that your not growing) If you can add weight and reps you are making progress, if you're not growing you need to add calc's :) ..

Working DC, so I add weight and reps if possible, works beyond anything else I've tried.. Give it a try and see if it is something for you, might be, might not be :)
