I have had issues with my shoulder and bicep which I'm working on getting strong again before I jump back into pull ups to avoid re injury.

I've found using the app FitNotes which has a rest timer feature has been the biggest game changer for me being able to keep rests consistent across sessions.
HCG and HMG did the job but I definitely feel better without it. I look forward to dropping it :)
