This is my idea and goal on diet: Iv not been able to yet... at least not 24/7 but once you get past the idea that eating is an activity to be enjoyed and have fun with, once you get into the mindset of thinking it is just compulsory a task that has to have time set aside every so often to be performed in order to make your body do what you want, just like refuelling your car or if you had a serious illness then its like taking your medicine each day, when I (or anyone else for that matter) get into that mindset then diet will never be a problem.
I dont really know her, I just used to see her posting around the women's forum with tatyana, but I recognised the pics of her you have to I guessed that was who you meant. I would like to be a diet couselor, but I dont think I would be able to deal with the constant whining and the attitude that people have where they expect to transform their body for their holiday in four weeks, I dont think I would have the patience for that lol.
