Hey ~ I've been to a few fitness boot camps this past year run by IFBB Pro Jen Hendershott, and one thing I've really taken from them other that an ass kicking work out is... you/we don't Have to do this ... we GET to!!! We have healthy strong bodies that we are capable of pushing...
